Well, I couldn't make it for the initial launch event for Somersby Apple Cider but this round, when Somersby had their Garden Party event at Pavilion KL last week I made it a point to catch it. Over the weekend, I was up at Genting Highlands, partly to enjoy the fresh cold environment but mainly to meet the in-laws that drove up. It was a nice surprise for me to see that there was the 10th Genting World Lion Dance Championship 2012 on-going at the Arena Of Stars venue. It was my first time stepping inside the all-new Paradigm Mall, feeling rather disoriented. Direct from the basement parking, I headed for Paradise Dynasty on level 1 to have a nice lunch. Just a stone's throw away from my new work place, was this new eatery at Space U8 Eco Mall Shah Alam . Aptly named Plates and Bottles because it has two fronts to the eatery, one which opens up to their "Bottle" bar, while the other front entrance opens up to their "Plates" restaurant. A couple of days back, I had the opportunity to dine at Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant in Hilton Petaling Jaya. It's been a while since my last party event, and there I was again tonight at KL Live having a really good time with bloggers and friends at the New Heineken Bottle Launch Party event. It was rather hyped up with the appearance of the Dutch DJ, Ferry Corsten mixing some hot party tracks up. What is your take on laser printers? For me, I've always related laser printers especially monochrome ones to the huge bulky printers we havd in those corporate offices. Samsung recently came out with a really compact monochrome laser printer for small office/ home office at the end of February. So there I was at Sutera Gemilang Auto, the H yundai 3S Center in Shah Alam for their Hyundai Euro Tour 2012 event last week. Something big, boomy and really entertaining is coming to town soon, to the KLCC Plenary Hall this 24th and 25th August 2012 to be exact. What is it? World-renowned Japan martial arts and drum-playing extraordinaires, Drum Tao's Art Of Drum , will finally be showcasing their internationally applauded performance in KL for the very first time.
