Streat Thai @ The School, Jaya One PJ  They've been around for quite some time now, but only recently did I have the chance to savour some really delicious yet affordable Thai street food over at Streat Thai in Jaya One, Petaling Jaya. Yes, you read it right, it's spelt 'Streat' Thai, not Street, a play on words for that "eat" factor. From what I understood from the folks behind Streat Thai, cooks and baristas with different specialties in Thai street food from Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pattaya, Bangkok and Hat Yai were hired to man each stall. Bai Wei Cuisine, Chinese Dishes @ Desa Sri Hartamas Just last weekend, I was over at Desa Sri Hartamas with the Mrs and kid, to dine at this rather new place serving some delectable noms. Bai Wei Cuisine @ Desa Sri Hartamas serves a wide variety of Chinese cuisine, located just beside Old Town White Coffee, so it is rather easy to locate. Per my understanding, the name comes about from the fact that Bai Wei serves different dishes from various provinces in China. "Seindah Ramadan" By Palace Of The Golden Horses You know Ramadan's coming soon, when the invites to check out various restaurants start coming in. Carousel International Coffeehouse @ Palace Of The Golden Horses has put together a very special Ramadhan buffet menu for this upcoming Holy-month from 22 May to 24 June, 2017. Titled ‘Seindah Ramadhan’ the buffet spread will be focusing on Middle Eastern Arabic cuisine with Camel meat being the main attraction in the five rotational menus. Love Food, Hate Waste Agehan Set Menu @ Agehan Japanese Restaurant, Grand Bluewave Hotel Shah Alam Love Food Hate Waste, now I'm a big believer in this campaign, which originated in the United Kingdom in year 2007 with the aim of reducing the amount of food waste. Even our government has been promoting it, to help save money and stopping tonnes of food waste being thrown away. Wasting food means that all the resources used to produce that food is also wasted. De Centrum City - Latest Property Project Under Dato' Sri Chong Ket Pen "Tomorrow's City, Here Today", that's the tagline for  De Centrum City, the latest Property Project under Dato' Sri Chong Ket Pen. Located in Kajang, it's within vicinity of two major universities, University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL). Protasco Berhad is the company behind De Centrum City, with Dato' Sri Chong Ket Pen as the Group Managing Director. I was at their sales gallery the other day to understand more about this property, and it did hit me as an almost perfect spot to own. This time around, I was at  Mission Foods Back To School Bento Workshop where Mission Foods brought together consultant dietitian Indra Balaratnam as well as celebrity moms, Aishah Sinclair and Sazzy Falak to share inspiring and inventive ideas for quick and healthy Bentos. Naughty Nuri Launches First Ever Naughty Porky Fest My favourite porky place, Naughty Nuri's recently launched their Naughty Porky Fest , a month-long festival that will run throughout the month of March. Now I've tried their signature BBQ ribs and delicious twisted Martinis before, and they were delectable.
