Vietjet’s New Direct Route Hanoi to Sydney, Australia to commence in June 2024 Vietjet is expanding its flight network from Vietnam's capital city, Hanoi, with the introduction of a new direct route to Sydne y. Following the recent announcement of the Hanoi – Melbourne route earlier this month, the Hanoi – Sydney service is set to commence operations in June. With each leg offering a flight time of around 10 hours, these direct air links will significantly reduce travel times compared to connecting itineraries, while also providing more affordable travel options.
