It was all about Hennessy VSOP and their latest Privilege Collection 6 the other night when it was launched at TREC, KL, specifically over at Hacha Mecha and IKKI Bar. We were taken through a unique four-course dinner and cocktail pairing experience that truly elevated the Hennessy V.S.O.P drinking experience. So there I was as Southern Rock Seafood in Bangsar the other day to celebrate Cloudy Bay's 30th Anniversary over a casual wine-pairing session. The estate’s 2015 vintage was revealed too, a vintage boasting in overall provenance of Cloudy Bay wines.
