It's that season again, where all hotels and restaurants run their Christmas menu for the enjoyment of friends and families. Sensing the joyous festive atmosphere of Christmas and celebrating the upcoming New Year, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam has once again extended their hearts to serve us with their luxurious Christmas Hi-tea and New Year Hi-tea dining experience at Royale Songket Restaurant with this year’s theme of ”Merry Joyland”. Their Christmas Hi-tea promotions falls on 25th December 2014 and starts at 12.00 noon till 4.30 pm. Priced at RM81.20 nett per person, diners would be served with a yuletide classic traditional Christmas feast, accompanied by luxurious aroma of Roasted Turkey Breast served with Cranberries Sauce and Lamb Leg marinated in Honey Rosemary Sauce

Chef Nuzul Jawahir also prepared the Breaded Salmon Dill Cakes along with his famous Albondigas Soup which are made from scratch. End up your dining experience by sweetening up your tooth with our Cherry Crumble Muffins, Passion Fruit Cheese Cake, and more dishes that's going to bring you to another extraordinary grastonomy journey.

The celebration does not end here as their New Year Hi-tea promotion would be just as phenomical which falls on the 1st January 2015. Rich with spices, they have decided to celebrate with beautiful authentic traditional dishes ranging from Roti Jala, Ulundu Vadai, and Hainan’s style Chicken Rice and Chinatown Peking Duck. 

Further expanding your gourmandise experience, our restaurant also provides Som Tam and Pecal Padang Jawa along with our traditional desserts of Tapai Pulut, Kasui, Bingka Ubi, Seri Muka, Agar-agar Lumut and many more.
