The Music Run by AIA Vitality is Back!  I missed the previous instalments of The Music Run, so it's nice to know they are back again for their fourth edition. The Music Run by AIA Vitality will take place on 4th November at a new home at the rejuvenated world class sporting complex, KL Sports City and I'm real excited to be part of it. In fact, it's interesting that for the first time in the world, the event will see the addition of a new timed 10k track, allowing Music Runners in KL to take their fitness game to new highs. Symphony Life's That '70s Run 2017 My first run of the year, starting the year right! Waking up in the wee hours of the day, a total of 1,035 fitness enthusiasts participated in Symphony Life Berhad’s first ever fun run event, That ‘70s Run at Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong . Now ever since I got into the running habit a couple of months ago, I've been to 5 running races so far. It's addictive, the exhilaration of running alongside hundreds and thousands of other fellow runners. Heck, I even registered and completed a 58 floor KOMTAR tower run last couple of weeks. Training and running every night in my Taman has become a habit, one I do not plan to kick anytime soon. Electric Run Malaysia 2016 , my first time entering the energetic, neon-coloured run powered by Shell Fuelsave. I missed the one last year, so it was with much anticipation and excitement that I joined the run this year. It started off with a want of keeping fit, and then I was 'poisoned' by some of my friends who have gone for runs. Once I started jogging, running, I just couldn't stop, and love the feeling! Cafe hopping has become a trend nowadays, with groups of friends going from one cafe to another in a day, or over the weekend. This time around, under KetchUp, we had a Blogger Speed Run event over the past weekend. It brought me to the township of Subang Jaya, hopping a total of six cafes, bonding with the owners, and best of all having an awesome time with fellow bloggers over great food.
