Chef Yip Gian Ding - Showcases His Winning Dish

Check out his winning dish below, one of the best tasting Chinese infused beef dish I’ve had in a while. The beef literally melted in the mouth, too good! The crispy pumpkin underneath was one of a kind as well. No wonder the chef did so well in the competition. Chef Yip Gian Ding is a committee representative from Chinese Chef Association of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has been in Chinese culinary industry since 17 years old (16 years of experience to-date). Now, he is also the head chef for Grand Harbour Restaurant (Fahrenheit 88).
