I was at their
Ramadan Buffet last year. This year, I attended the
‘Warna-warni’ Ramadan Buffet preview at Premiere Hotel, Klang to savour what they have to offer. The theme this year, ‘Warna-warni Ramadan’ draws inspiration from the various colours of local Malay food amidst a comfy ambiance to dine at. In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan, Premiere Hotel celebrates the balik kampung spirit with loads of food, by offering a scrumptious spread from different states of Malaysia. From daging gulai kawah, roasted whole lamb, there is a host of other offerings including Ikan Pari Masak Alam Pedas, Udang Galah Berlada and many, many more.

Love the spread of dishes, and to complete the culinary experience, we get to savour the delicacies from 12 live hawker stalls as well. The highlights from the hawker stalls are the Satay, Celup Celup Rebus, Sotong Kangkung, Kway Teow Goreng Kerang, Mee Soto and Mee Kari.
