Warisan D'Ramadan Buffet @ Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur
My first time over to dine at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and it was to savour their delectable Warisan D'Ramadan Buffet, which will run this Ramadan. It was a media preview, but we got to savour the full spread of what is to come. Held at their Dondang Sayang Coffee House, Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers diners with extravaganza Iftar Feast to share the bliss of the Holy Month with loved ones, friends and colleagues. Check out what they have to offer.

Special dishes prepared by Executive Sous Chef, Chef Zalizam, the Daging Hitam Berempah and Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak are two dishes you must try when breaking fast here at Corus Hotel. Love how flavourful the daging berempah turned out.

Lots of traditional Malay dishes were on the buffet spread as well, namely the Paru Goreng Berlada, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Pucuk Ubi and the Pucuk Manis Masak Lemak Dengan Ubi Keledek. I'm personally not a big fan of these, but they do turn out surprisingly delicious and very creamy.
