Elite Duo Combinations Platter - Crispy Canadian Oyster and Hokkaido Crab Leg Salad with Avocado |
We kicked off our dinner with the delectable Elite Duo Combinations Platter comprising of Crispy Canadian Oyster and Hokkaido Crab Leg Salad with Avocado. What an exquisite combination, a twist of the usual Chinese cuisine. Love how the Hokkaido Crab Leg salad with avacado tasted. Fresh, with powder seasoning on the side for those who want a heavier taste.

Braised 4-Head South African Abalone with Crispy Rice |
Get that warm fuzzy feeling down the throat and in the stomach after drinking the Nourishing Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Whelk, Chinese Herbs and Star Fruit. I find it interesting they added star fruit inside. The main course came next, which got me salivating even before I took a bite. The Braised 4-Head South African Abalone with Crispy Rice was served on a plate, doused sauce to give out an exquisite heavenly flavour. Yum, my favourite.

Baked Boston Lobster with Foie Gras and Herbs |
Fancy some Baked Boston Lobster with Foie Gras and Herbs? I for one did not know baked lobsters could be presented in this manner, with foei gras and herbs infused inside the flesh of the lobster. Good stuff, with powder seasoning on the side should you want a heavier flavour to the already delicious lobster. It certainly wowed us.

Yummy One Mouth Full Egg Noodles |
A Chinese delicacy, the Yummy One Mouth Full Egg Noodles came served in exactly a mouthful of yums. The savoury tasty soup did wonders to our tasted buds, coupled with fresh prawn wantons at the side. Now where can I get another mouthful?

Double-boiled Tian Shan Xue Lian |
A perfect end to a nice meal out tasting The Elite Seafood Restaurant's MIGF Menu, we ended it with the sweet Double-boiled Tian Shan Xue Lian. The sweet concoction contains Snow Lotus Flower, placed inside a pear. In fact after finishing the dessert, we could munch on the pear.
