A really interesting starter dish, the Hot & Cold Combination platter, we had these really delicious yam basket, spicy Japanese squid and other hot noms. What's interesting is the fact that the chef used these chips and gummies for the food presentation, how cute.

  5. I would love some soothing light traditional Chinese music, not the Chinese New Year songs they're blasting through the speakers at the shops and supermarkets here! I'd make a run for it, and end up not buying anything. Are those people deaf or what?
