An event which I wanted to attend, yet could not due to other commitments, here's an overview of what transpired. Oasis Swiss, in collaboration with 11street (www.11street.my) launched the all-new Chefology Marble Ceramic Cookware, featuring a range of die-cast aluminium cookware made of highly durable marble ceramic coating, at Starhill Culinary Studio, Kuala Lumpur, featuring Malaysian celebrity chef Chef Zam.

While charming the media effortlessly with his bubbly and likeable character, Chef Zam demonstrated a few mouth-watering dishes from Asian fusion cuisine using the new range of Chefology Marble Ceramic Cookware.
“Finding a cookware that is scratch resistant has been somewhat challenging for me as well as families who enjoy cooking. This new range of Chefology cookware is purely heaven-sent because with its non-stick performance and durable features it contributes to easy clean-up, which saves time in the kitchen making up for that much needed quality time,” said Chef Zam.
Right after the cooking demonstration, members of media were asked to recreate the dishes presented by Chef Zam in a cooking competition, allowing them to experience using the non-stick and scratch resistant Chefology Marble Ceramic Cookware.

Apart from the real cooking and testing experience, members of media witnessed the verification on coating thickness of Chefology Marble Ceramic Cookware via a coating thickness test demonstration. The products were also tested on their durability and excellent scratch resistance level through a scratch test demonstration.

I got one! Ceramic frying pan, yet to try so I dunno how good it is.
ReplyDeleteRead in the instructions that one must not heat up the pan with nothing in it, true or not? I used to do that with the regular pans - heat it up till very hot before pouring in the oil.

ReplyDeleteMy granny used to have ceramic cookware and they were the best and like you said they are durable and easy to use, you dont have to struggle with the stickiness of the food. I can surely recommend this type of cookware

ReplyDeleteWOW! lovely like this post.its really amazing .Thanks for sharing this!Nice cooking utensil range with smart quality, and therefore the promotion appearance thus attractive.This ceramic cookware with an aluminum base is essentially a great heat conductor. currently, whereas I make some tomato sauce, cooking within the smallest pot for Pillsbury dough pizza, it starts effervescent on a low heat. thus basically, I believe these pans and pots are better than others on the market.I always prefer this cookware set in my kitchen .

ReplyDeleteDon't waste your money on these pans. they work for a few weeks, but after that you'll be using more and more oil to keep food from sticking. Eventually even the oil won't help. One of the worst kitchen utensils I ever bought.
