Holiday Villa Subang Hotel & Suites Weekend Getaway
A couple of months back, I had the opportunity to be given a complimentary stay at Holiday Villa Subang Hotel & Suites over the weekend. It was to be Baby Martin's first time staying overnight at a classy hotel, which he did enjoy a lot. Located in Subang, it was a pretty nice place to relax and unwind after a long weekend at work. Read more on our experience below.

"Located just 25km from Kuala Lumpur, Holiday Villa Subang Hotel & Suites is an
ideal base for business and recreation. Set on a spectacular 6.8 acres of
landscaped land, this five-star property evokes the vivacity of its Subang Jaya
prime area in Selangor. The hotel offers 383 guest rooms, 9 restaurants, 15
meeting rooms, 3 ballrooms, and a comprehensive range of sports and
recreational facilities."
Ample space and comfort amidst corporate-like setting |
Upon reaching the hotel vicinity with my family in tow, we were warmly greeted by the hotel management, ensuring our stay there would be comfortable and enjoyable. Our room type was the corporate deluxe room, with a really large bed, with an extra single bed given complimentary to accommodate us. Overlooking a small lake, even the view welcomed us warmly with sunlight and warmth.

The tagline on Holiday Villa Subang Hotel & Suites's website read "Savour
the finest hospitality and service at Holiday Villa
Hotels & Resort". I couldn't agree more, as the moment we arrived and throughout our weekend stay there, the staffs have been more than helpful, accomodating our needs and requests with smiling faces.
I entered my room to see this placed on the coffee table. Yum. |
A table filled with welcoming fruits, water and goodies. |
All rooms feature new technology and are fully equipped with DVD/CD players, LCD TVs, complimentary WI-Fi and wired connectivity. I must say for someone like me that's nearly always online, I really appreciate the connectivity options, where I could connect my laptop and get it online, while using my smartphone to surf via their wifi.
Baby Martin was given his own baby cot to sleep in during the night |
Initially we were apprehensive on bringing baby Martin here because we felt he might not be comfortable at night. Our fears were resolved almost immediately when the Holiday Villa staff brought in this clean and very new looking colourful baby cot upon request. Thanks to the baby cot, Baby Martin had a good night rest throughout the night.
Thank you for the nice baby cot! |
My mother was there too with us, along with baby Martin and Janice. It was a good weekend out with the family as we got about enjoying Holiday Villa Subang Hotel & Suites' various facilities, and food. Our dinner was at their restaurant, which I will elaborate more on my subsequent posts. Did you know this hotel featured a full Olympic sized swimming pool? Well, I did not, and the sheer size of the pool took me by surprise.

Oh, did I mention one of the extra comforts which I love about hotels would be their bath tubs. Probably due to the lack of bath tubs in my own home, I truly enjoy being able to just submerge myself into a pool of warm water. Baby martin enjoyed it too, just check out the photo below!
