Beginning of the week has always been a hectic rush, so I was rather glad to be invited for the unique Heineken Green Experience 2013 @ Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club to chill and relax after a long day at work. It was the party to wrap up the just concluded perfect round of CIMB Classic 2013, the most prestigious golfing tournament in the region.

This year, the CIMB Classic became the PGA Tour's first official FedExCup event in Asia, featuring a large field of 78 players comprising 60 from the PGA Tour, 10 from the Asian Tour, and 8 sponsor's exemption. Taking place at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club from 24th to 27th October 2013, it was indeed the event not to be missed.

Braving the traffic on a wet Monday night, I arrived at the venue just in time to witness the prize presentation, with the party already underway. It was a good feeling again when I saw familiar faces among the crowd, all with Heineken beer in their hands.

Golfers, and guests of Heineken were present at Heineken Green Experience 2013 to soak in the atmosphere while having some cool chilled Heineken beers. It was interesting to note too as there were some entertainment for us as well in the form of a simulator golf machine, a DJ spinning good music, some songs.

Throughout our evening of music and drinks, we were entertained by the cool lady DJ, and Poova, a really good singer. This was while we went to the Star Serve counter to get our hands on Heineken, as well as learning how to pour a perfect pint of Heineken. Yes, it was a DIY thing.

I did not stay for long though that night, as Baby Martin was waiting for me at home. It was indeed a nice experience at Heineken Green Experience 2013, one which I have been missing in a while. Check out some of the photos of the bloggers and friends I managed to capture that night.
