Don't Lose It All - Time To Get Data

So have you been using the various mobile communications tools lately to communicate with your loved ones? Whatsapp, Wechat, Facebook messenger, Facebook, Skype, and so many more communications application for smartphones come to mind. But what happens if your other half, does not reply due to lack of "data"?

This brings about XPAX's latest campaign, aptly titled "Don't Lose It All - Time To Get Data". This time around, there's this really though provoking video which shows how poor data communication, could lead to disaster. Check out the video below, it is only at Episode 1, but we can see how things are heading the wrong direction for the poor dude inside it.

The handsome dude, Nick, probably left for an assignment overseas, leaving the girlfriend, Amy with his best buddy, Joe. Everything went well, Nick made a promise, was romantic and all, but made a huge mistake of not replying his girlfriend's message. Now why didn't he reply? What went wrong? Most likely it was due to lack of connectivity over at Nick's side, and we see the ending of Episode 1 with Joe making his move. (Video at http://bit.ly/dontLoseItAll)

In this modern age where everyone is connected in one way or another, personally for me, I have to have "data" and connected everywhere I go. It's not a must, but we are so used to using our mobile data to keep in touch, that without that "connectivity", everyone else seems so quiet. So many folks I know uses data messaging more than SMS nowadays. Hey, it is "free" in a sense, no more SMS charges, where you can message unlimited times and only pay for the normal monthly data subscription.

Which brings us back to the short video above. I'm looking forward to Episode 2 of course, to see how things end up.

"In the case of Amy & Nick’s relationship, it shows that if there is no data, you’ll lose it all. After all, everything is on the internet now and it costs almost nothing at all. Just as long as you have data, relationships will go smooth sailing so dial *128# to sign up for any pack to have it all. "
