Tiger Halloween Dead Thirsty Party @ Thai Club KL

Halloween parties are everywhere as the end of October approaches. This round, I was invited for the Tiger Halloween Party over at Thai Club KL last night, and my, it was an experience. As this was my first time over at the club, it was an experience to see what people are up to after dark. Aptly named Dead Thirsty, check out my writeup of the event below.

This is part of Tiger's Halloween weekend, where 22 Halloween concurrent parties offer party goers great beer promotions, fun games and standing a chance to walk away with amazing prizes.Arriving at the venue way earlier than 9pm, it was pretty cool that the Tiger folks brought party accessories as I was not dressed up for the occasion.

As the crowd trickled in, we went over to our special reserved table for our bottles of Tiger beer. There were going to be some performances, hence all we had to do was chill, listen to the music, watch the people and maybe scare one or two folks. It got crowded really quick though.

It was not long before the first act of the night came on stage, belting out some nice medley of songs. It was a live band of sorts. I did not get to know the name of the band though, as we just sat back and enjoyed the show.

Dead thirsty? Dead singing? They were pretty good though

Up next after the live band performance, was this group of "zombies" made up of 5 young girls dancing on stage. It was a good thing the music was good. Dancing with zombie-like movements, they even did the Gangnam Styled dance. Gangnam style zombies, get it?

I still prefer them alive. Nice energetic moves though

The highlights of the night was actually this trio of performers called the Queens. Coming out decked in all-black-outfit, looking really futuristic and all, I was awed by their use of lasers and lightings. They even had these laser-shooting glasses which were too cool. Coupled with their strong vocals, definately worth the attention spent on watching their performance.

Overall, it was a rather good night, one which I did not stay till the end as I was rather tired. The best thing of any events like these are the company, and I'm pleased to see the usual gang of friends. Good times, thanks to Tiger Halloween Dead Thirsty Party.
