So it came to past, Nuffnang's glamorous and glittery Asia Pacific Blog Awards 2011 which was held at Marriot Putrajaya on the 16th December 2011 happened, and it happened in style. All the hype, the excitement for this classy red carpet event culminated on that night, with bloggers from all over getting together in their best suits and dresses to celebrate the best in Asia Pacific. 500 bloggers from various region, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaysia were present at the Nuffnang Asia-Paciic Blog Awards (NAPBAS for short).

Suited up, I was all prepped up and ready to attend this glamorous event feeling all excited and all. A small group of us had the privilege to be chauffeured via new Volkswagen cars from Zouk KL to the event and back again to Zouk for the late night after party. It was a good experience indeed as the cars zoomed us at speeds over 140km/h to our destination, in style.

So it began, upon reaching Marriot Putrajaya, we were treated to some really nice mille crepe, those layered cakes which melt in your mouth while waiting for the registration.

It was all cameras snapping, and socializing from the start until the end of the ceremony, where everyone took the chance to get to know bloggers both from our own country and overseas. It was truly a sight to behold as we see people from different cultures get together for a night of food, glam and style. I took so many photos that night, that I went dizzy from the flashes.

My seats were pretty far from the stage, and since no one actually left their seats to take photos of the awards, I couldn't manage to capture what went on the stage with my poor compact digital camera. Thanks to Tianchad that managed to capture some photos of the winners of

It was a really good night, one which will be remembered and cherished by all the 500 bloggers present. I just love seeing everyone dress up in their best suits and dresses, it was a refreshing sight. Of course, I manage to capture photos with some of the bloggers that were present that night. The Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards ended just shy of 11pm, and immediately after that everyone was seen rushing off to the after-party event at Zouk KL. What better way to end a glamorous event than to party it off in style! There might be another post up for the after-party photos taken at Zouk KL, so keep tuning in. As for now, I can say the award night was a success where everyone had fun and it will remain in everybody's memory until the next Nuffnang awards.
