Did you know just a few km below Genting Highlands, there is this affordable nice chinese restaurant? If you do not want to spend your hard earned cash on all the marked up priced food in Genting Highlands, just hop by to this place at Mushroom Farm instead. The restaurant is called Miegrand Seafood Restaurant.
Affordably prices good chinese cuisine |
The cool thing is, the restaurant provides van shuttles pickup at First World Plaza lobby area. All you have to do is just to dial the number 03-61012566 and mention how many people would be dining and the van will arrive within 10 minutes.
The other day, we decided to catch a quick lunch at Miegrand Seafood Restaurant. Within 15 minutes we were already down at the restaurant ordering our dishes. It was just a quarter past 12 and the crowd was already building up. I guess quite a number of people likes this place. Do check out some of the dishes we ordered below.
#1 Chinese Tea - RM3 |
#2 Long Beans - RM10 |
#3 Sizzling Claypot Tofu - RM 10 |
#4 Sweet Sour Pork - RM17 |
#5 Fried Fish - RM 27 |
I loved the sweet and sour pork the most as it was really crispy. As for the fish, usually we would order the steamed fish, but we were in a rush that day so fried fish it was. The sizzling claypot tofu with egg tasted great too especially when taken hot! The prices may seem like your usual chinese cuisine restaurant prices, but if you compare it to eating at those chinese restaurants up in Genting Highlands, I can say it's really cheap!
