Quaker Oats For Good Health

Over the months, I've noticed my waistline growing bigger and bigger. The turning point i guess was when i bought that piece of jeans last week, and realized i can no longer wear my usual size 32, it is now size 34 !

So yesterday evening, went and got myself some Quaker Oats, from my readings off the internet, oats are suppose to be good for the heart, lowers cholesterol and if taken regularly, can help to reduce weight. To me, oats make you feel full, so the need to eat more reduces drastically.

Think of oats as tiny sponges that soak up cholesterol and carry it from your body. Go away cholesterol! Hello good looking slim body!

I bought the ones that came in sachet form because my plan is to have it for breakfast, and if i'm running late, I can actually just bring one or two sachets to my workplace and have it there. Let's see how long i can maintain this breakfast regime before I go back to my "roti pisang" breakfast. The way I see it, that's the major point for the existence of this blog, to remind me of my resolutions and hopefully when I look back at this post in the future, I'm still sticking to my oatmeal diet.
