Unboxing & First Impressions: Samsung Galaxy A32 5G

Ah, the Samsung Galaxy range of smartphones. I've gotten my grubby hands on the latest Samsung Galaxy A32 5G recently, and my did it impress. Bang for the buck really, this model comes in as the most affordable device in Samsung's A Series line. Bear in mind, it's future proof, with 5G capabilities and all. Today's post will be on the unboxing of this product and my first impressions of it.

My last Samsung Galaxy device was the Samsung Galaxy S8, so to be able to review another Samsung Galaxy device does bring back fond memories. The box itself is in no-frills Samsung styled packaging, with the colour of the phone outside reflecting the actual phone you're getting inside.

Slide out the phone and you're presented with the beautiful Samsung Galaxy A32 5G in all it's glory. I understood that the A32 5G range is below the S range but it's differentiated from the lower M range by it's camera capabilities and other feature set. The items contained when unboxing are the usual documentations, quick start guide, a sim card ejector, the proprietary Samsung travel adapter and the accompanied USB-C cable. Pretty basic, but it's enough, unlike some other higher range phones which doesn't even come with charging blocks.

What's inside the box?

Coming in at 205gm in weight, it does feel substantial in the hands. It doesn't feel too heavy, yet not toy-like. I like the heft of it and extremely impressed with the size of the screen though, a whole 6.5 inch which promises hours of good Netflix binging. Samsung screens have always been one of the top in the market, so no complains there.

My phone came in this bright matt type of blue, appropriately named Awesome Blue, and it's indeed very pleasing to the eye. Turning the device to the back and four cameras stare back at me. Wow, for a mid level Samsung phone, you get a quad camera, 128HB of space, dual sim, and a big 6.5" of screen real estate.

As first impressions go, I wasn't let down at all. Switching on the device, there's ample battery to power it on. Oh did I mention, this Samsung Galaxy A32 5G comes with a whopping 5,000 mAH sized battery? Now you don't have to worry about running out of juice in the middle of the day. That's a thing of the past, enjoy your device to the max, all day.

A quick check on Samsung's website for the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G (https://www.samsung.com/my/smartphones/galaxy-a/galaxy-a32-5g-awesome-violet-128gb-sm-a326blvhxme/), and I'm quickly brought up to speed on the specifications. Now let me go charge it to full, and start using it. I'm excited. Wait up for my  review of the phone in my next blog post people!
