Uzu Chicken - Yummy Signature Korean Boneless Fried Chicken
The family's been staying put at home again recently ever since the sharp increase in COVID cases. On top of preparing home cooked meals for the kids, once in a while we indulge in some food delivery services. Just the other day, we stumbled upon Uzu Chicken on the Foodpanda app. Interestingly, the online menu doesn't just consist of their signature Korean Boneless Fried Checken, but we found Japchae, Fried Rice and many other Korean noms inside. Read on.

Uzu Chicken
Upon receiving the order, I was glad to see the sauces were packed separately and not pre-drizzled unto the chicken. This is especially important as we don't want to be having soggy fried chicken right? Uzu Chicken's signature Korean Boneless Fried Chicken looked and tasted like popcorn chicken. Not too tough, yet has that crispy texture outside, breaded and fried till a golden brown colour. Each set comes with refreshing sesame yuzu salad. Good stuff!

Multiple Flavours Are Available
There's a bunch of flavours to choose from, and each sauce is packed separately in these small containers which you can drizzle unto the boneless fried chicken, or even use it as a dip like I did! They have a choice of Snowing Cheese, Hot Shocking, Sweet & Spicy, Honey Butter and Soy Garlic flavours/sauce. We tried all of them, and I must say, the Honey Butter flavour is really good!

On top of ordering their fried chicken, we went ahead to try out the other offerings from their menu. One of my must order dish each time I'm dining at a Korean restaurant would be the Japchae Glass Noodle. We tried the set they offered, and these sweet, savoury dish of stir fried glass noodles and vegetables came in a generous serving when delivered to our door step. The Japchae Set was served with accompanying kimchi and seaweed soup. I really like the large portion it came with, stir dried with an assortment of veggies, meat and mushrooms.
