It’s interesting to note on the new normal especially with relations to how buffet styled menus are now being served on a food trolley / moving station straight to our tables. In fact the number of tables in the restaurant has been reduced, maintaining social distancing in this new normal. Everything just looks very clean and ordered.

Fresh seafood lovers will do good to check out the Seafood on ice, decked out with 1/2 shell NZ muscles and generous amounts of Tiger Prawns. Of course, if you’re a meat lover like me, the first thing I called for, was the Roasted Lamb leg with Mustard Dijon served with Mustard Cream Sauce. Good stuff.
