Arriving at the rather large Popular Flagship Store, I was impressed with the set up of the whole area. Datuk Stella Chin was there herself to share a bit on her philosophy behind the book. It’s really refreshing to listen to her speak, as she brings with her years of management experience, managing many people throughout her career and life.

The Chinese character for the word Position is written as 位, a combination of Human (人) and Stand (立). This character blend can be interpreted as a “stand that dominates a person’s action”.

In a team, everyone has their own position.
