Ryoshi Izakaya Signature Grand Opening @ Atria Shopping Gallery
When was the last time you’ve been to Atria Shopping Gallery in Petaling Jaya? Now I’ve not always been there, but I did take notice of the numerous eateries and restaurants in the mall. This time around, I was there for the grand launch of Ryoshi Izakaya Signature, a Japanese restaurant with promises to bring a true slice of Japan to Atria Shopping Gallery. Read on, for what transpired during the launch.

Premium Japanese Food
The grand opening was one of festivities, with loud lion dances, photo booths, and most importantly, good noms. With an aim to only serve fresh premium Japanese food ingredients, a quick glance on their menu showcases authentic Japanese cuisine favourites covering appetiser, soup, sashimi, tempura, grilled dish and rice. The restaurant itself exudes a feeling of comfortable ambiance.

Special Live Demonstration and Tasting of Fresh Bluefin Tuna
Upon arriving at Ryoshi Izakaya Signature, I was rather surprised to see one whole huge piece of fresh Bluefin Tuna laid out on the table. We were then shown a special live demonstration and tasting of fresh Bluefin tuna. Interesting experience indeed, as I did not realise it’s not an easy task cutting into and preparing the sashimis I love so much.
