Morganfield’s Malaysia 7th Anniversary Platter

Now this is new to me, the fact that Morganfield’s have been around for 7 years already. Happy birthday to Morganfield’s! Pork ribs delights, In conjunction with their anniversary, Morganfield’s introduced the anniversary platter, mini anniversary platter and 7th Heaven Mocktail, pledging to donate a portion of the price paid to our nation’s Tabung Harapan. Yes, dine in and do your part for the nation in the process. Read up below on what we had that evening.

7th Heaven Mocktail

A mocktail that rocks? How so? Interestingly, the 7th Heaven mocktail is made from various layers of sweet yums, from the top blue lagoon syrup, 2nd layer pineapple juice, cranberry juice to the orange juice layer. It looks nice and tastes good too! A refreshing non-alcoholic drink to kick start the evening.

Morganfield’s Ribs Are Available in Four Flavours

If you have not tried the delectable ribs from Morganfield’s yet, well, you should! They are tender, juicy and definitely flavourful. I like the part where the meat literally falls of the bone, easy to eat, tasty to savour. Good stuff, and for good measures, have it with your hands.

Choose from the Hickory BBQ, Asian Charred, Smoked Peppercorn, or Rib Rub flavours. I personally love the “char siew” Asian Charred flavours, and it has to be my favourite that evening. Coming back to the current promotion, we had both the Anniversary Platter as well s the Mini Anniversary Platter that evening. Check it out below.

What’s in the Anniversary Platter?

A huge platter of goodness, the Anniversary platter comes with a full slab of Sticky Bones Spare Ribs (choice of Hickory BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn, Asian Charred or Rib Rub) and the following:

2 Asian Herb chicken skewers
4 BBQ chicken wings
Calamari, Spicy Devil sausage, Herby Hog sausage,
Garden veggies, pillaf rice and spicy dip

The platter serves up to 3 to 4 pax and even comes with 2 complimentary waffles with ice cream, all for RM219.90.

Of course, you can even go for the Mini Anniversary Platter for RM98.90 as well, which comes with the items below.

Lunch slab sticky bones spare ribs

Good stuff! While we dined on the anniversary platters, we tried some of their other yummy offerings, the Sticky Wings, which consists of various flavours from Honey Soy, to Golden Egg Crunch and Fiery Habanero.
