Another one of the 14 participating restaurant in the Klang Valley for the US Potato Culinary Festival 2018, The Roulette Restaurant Bar is offering 2 exclusive limited time menu featuring U.S. fresh and frozen potatoes inspired dishes. I went there the other day to savour what they have to offer, and even though the dishes looked simple, it did whet our appetite for more!

A little more about The U.S Potatoes Culinary Festival 2018. One of the criteria for the restaurants were to have  U.S. Fresh & U.S. Frozen potatoes as the main ingredients. The Roulette Restaurant Bar at Oasis Damansara did just that, offering two new dishes in conjunction with the festival. Take note it’s only available from now until the 31st of July so hurry on now to try them out!

Dining at Roulette Restaurant Bar was a pretty nice experience as it overlooked lots of water, for that relaxing feel. The crowd swells up at night, as it’s a bar and all, for the drinks and food.

U.S. Lattice Cut with Bolognese Sauce

Lattice cut, now this is pretty new to me. I like how The Roulette Restaurant Bar’s chef prepared this dish. Crispy and refreshing thanks to the freshly diced cucumbers, tomatoes couple with bolognese sauce in the middle for some dipping yum. Potatoes lover would do well to try out this dish.

More potatoes for you sir? Interesting mix, you have salted egg flavoured crispy potato wedges, and it can get quite addictive! On the side we have these deep fried rings, which went well with drinks. Good stuff, top notch.
