One of the many scrumptious buffet spreads I’ve had the opportunity to savour recently. Yes, it’s that time of year, where hotels and restaurants prepare their scrumptious buffet spread in preparation of the upcoming holy Ramadan month. Do try out the Kambing Bakar, with cheese potatoes on the side, Rendang Rusa with Nasi Briyani, Sup Gear Box, and many others. The environment is very conducive to dine at as well. Summit Hotel Subang USJ does offer a whole myriad of authentic Malay cuisine.
