PizzArt Campaign - Yummy Artisanal Pizza @ Pizza 185 & The Butcher’s Table
It was a pizza food trail the other day with fellow bloggers and the good folks from Anchor Food Professionals. Half a day of good food, loads of pizzas and more! This is part of the PizzArt campaign (the 2nd one by the way, the 1st one was a great success!) and I’m just glad to be a part of it. What did we do, and where did we go? Read on below then!

What is this PizzArt Campaign thingy?
This second PizzArt campaign aims to take the art of enjoying pizza to the next level. They have it all, from the meaty PizzBurger, to the yummy UltiMeat Pizza, Chicago Deep Cheese Pizza and even Cheese Pretzza to name a few. We went to two food outlets, namely the Pizza 185 restaurant over at IOI Mall, Puchong and The Butcher’s Table in SS2, Petaling Jaya.

5 tantalising, new, innovative and very unique pizzas were created by Anchor Food Professionals’, available at the various participating outlets. Each of these pizza were unique and had different flavours and shapes, but they all use the same awesome ingredient, premium Fonterra’s dairy products. Now that alone will make for a good dish if you asked me.

We tasted those fine quality Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Anchor Butter, Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Creams and Anchor Cream Cheese, all brought in from New Zealand in the artisanal pizzas offered. Let’s go explore the restaurants then, shall we?
Pizza 185 Restaurant @ IOI Mall, Puchong
Our first stop, Pizza 185 restaurant over at IOI Mall, Puchong. This restaurant serves 2 PizzArt creations, the Cheese Pretzza and Pizza Roll. Now these are really unique as can be attested by both my eyes and my tastebuds.
The Cheese Pretzza is made up from a combination of pizza and pretzel, with lots and lots of cheese thrown into the mix. Perfectly baked, we could literally taste the cheese oozing out the moment we bite into this dish. Incorporating Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Colby and Cheddar Cheese into the dough, you know you’re getting the best!
What’s a pizza roll? Do you roll it around? My first impression was that it looks really cute, in these small cup-like mini pizzas rolled up. These Pizza Rolls come in 3 distinct flavours, Otak Otak, Butter Prawns and Chicken. Remember to have it hot, as it does lose a bit of the awesomeness once it cools down. Each bite literally oozes cheese. Lovely.
Oh, there was a short pizza eating competition as well, and it did generate a lot of excitement among the customers dining there as everyone joined in to “wallop” as much pizza in within the allocated time.

For every order of a PizzArt Pizza, you’ll get a complimentary Pizza Cutter to take home. Be wary though, as it is pretty sharp, but don’t worry, there’s a plastic sleeve to keep it in. Collect all 6 striking colours today.
The Butcher’s Table @ SS2, Petaling Jaya
Next up, we went over to The Butcher’s Table @ SS2, Petaling Jaya to try out their wonderful creations. If you don’t know yet, this restaurant serves some really good pork dishes. We go to try out their rich PizzBurger, which consists of a whole 200g succulent grilled minced meat patty stuffed with none other than Anchor’s favourites. We had loads of Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Colby and Cheddar Cheese inside this great dish. Atop the PizzBurger were two crisp streaks of bacon, yummy!

While we were there, we also went ahead to try out their meatier offering, the UltiMeat Pizza! Goodness, the pizza base is made entirely out of grounded meat. It was a bit over the top for me, but hey, if you love your meat, this is one of the must-try dish.
