Just the other evening I was over at Dorsett Grand Subang, at their Terazza Brasserie to be exact, to savour some of their noms. The inaugural “Hawker Fare” at Terazza Brasserie embraces this peculiar Malaysian food culture and adds variety to the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant. Check out some of their offerings below.

Within one sitting, diners can expect to savour a medley of local delights such as Oxtail Soup, Mee Goreng Mamak, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Assorted Kerabu, Lamb Tandoori with Cucumber Chutney, Lemon Chicken and many more.

There's six al fresco pop-up stalls to satisfy your cravings as well, with crowd favourites, Satay, Char Kway Teow, BBQ Chicken Wing, Laksa Utara, Teppanyaki and Air Batu Campur (ABC) offered there. Terazza Brasserie’s Hawker Fare buffet is available every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The buffet is priced at RM118.00nett per adult and RM59.00nett per child. Senior citizens are entitled to a 50% discount while children below the age of 5 dines with compliment.
Somehow hotel food is great but if it is hawker fare, it is nice but not quite the same - it is best to go for the real thing, where the best ones are.
