It was only my second time over at Hotel Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside, the first time was for a seminar. This time around I was there to savour their Ramadhan buffet dinner , aptly titled Magical Ramadhan Nights. I must say, they wowed me with the ambiance, garden setting open air venue. Some bread to kick off the festivities

It was a food galore, with multiple tents set up offering virtually everything edible under the sun. That's how vast the space was. Hotel Pullman Putrajaya did not hold back in giving us a full fledge Ramadhan Buffet, by the lakeside.

We had live entertainment, with a beautiful light show moving into the night. Magical Ramadhan Nights offers a selection of over 100 Malaysian and international dishes, it's indeed a new and unique way to break fast as they provide seven forms of live entertainment over the course of Ramadhan. Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside certainly wowed me over with the food choices.

We had seafood, meat, noodles, bread, traiditonal malay cuisine, and even fresh fruits including Durians! The highlight of the evening, however, was a live, personalised “Call To Prayer” which was broadcast from the third level of the beautiful, neon-lit Clock Tower. If you didn't know yet, the landmark of this 5-star hotel in Putrajaya is their Clock Tower. Beautiful!

Too much food, so little time to have it all. For a meat lover like myself there's a wide variety of meaty dishes, from the Kambing Bakar, grilled lamb, curries, fish, chicken to dim sums. Walking around the area, there were rooms and tents serving ice creams, popcorns, desserts and even a whole tent filled with fresh fruits straight from the "dusun". I was beside myself with joy when I saw the abundant Durians available for the picking. All we had to do was point and the nice fella will open the durians for you.
