Good to be taken from all walks and ages of life, there's nothing but goodness from these bird's nest. Previous bird's nests that I've tried mostly required the Mrs to slowly cook it, as its in dry form. It's with great delight then when I was told about the Premium Concentrated Imperial Bird's Nest which is ready to eat, straight from the bottle.

Grand Imperial Bird’s Nest – Premium Concentrate 2 bottles x 250 grams (RM599)

The Premium Concentrated Imperial Bird's Nest came in a hard type of packaging outside for protection, and foam cutting for more protection. Each of the bottles is vacuum sealed for optimum freshness straight from the factory. The packaging itself exude class and luxury, but what's important is the quality of the bird's nest contained within these two bottles.

Specially prepared from superior quality imperial's bird nest, each bottle contains 250gm of concentrated bird's nest, free from artificial preservatives, colourings and flavourings. You literally get what you see, thick undiluted and full of healthy goodness. Ready for consumption straight out of the bottle, we are advised to finish it within 10 days of opening the bottle.

Rich and quite thick, its texture is akin to jelly, with a subtle sweet aroma thanks to the hint of rock sugar added into the mix. Some folks do add it into their drinks, but for me, I prefer to have a spoonful straight from the bottle. Even the boys approve of it!

  10. To be honest... I have never eaten birds nest. My mom didn't believe in expensive food, so I didn't get to try it. I have bought one small piece to try with a friend, but we didn't know how to cook it (that time google not popular yet).. so ended up wasting the whole piece. It was small though.
