I was at last year's Malaysia's Drinking Water Week campaign launch, but couldn't make it this year. Fitness is a conscious effort. You set a target, and work hard towards getting that aim. For me, I've taken this to heart, embarking on a fitness plan which hopefully will gear me towards better health. This includes taking lots of fruits daily. Did you know Mandara Spa is celebrating their 20th Anniversary this May? Yes, you heard that right, they've been around since 1996. The first Mandara Spa opened in May 1996 at The Chedi (now Alila Ubud) in Ubud, Bali. Have you heard of Ronald McDonald House Charities Malaysia or RMHC for short? Well, a couple of days back I attended the Angry Birds Movie Charity Screening where children from 10 charity homes from KL were invited to watch The Angry Birds Movie sponsored by McDonald’s & RMHC Malaysia. So there I was at Plaza Shah Alam last week, to catch a beauty pageant no less! Isaac the beauty blogger, yes? Last 8th May, Plaza Shah Alam held their annual beauty pageant,  Pencarian Wanita Melayu (PWM). At the finals, we got to see spectacular and colourful costume parades by contestants traditional wear of each state by Jabatan Kesenian Kebudayaan Malaysia, Batik from Istana Batik Plaza Shah Alam and the breathtaking attire designed by Bahari Asyek Plaza Shah Alam. Now here's a shoutout to an upcoming event happening this Wednesday, the 18th of May 2016. It involves a bunch of super active bloggers running around KL, all in the name of loving food and hating waste. There I was a couple of days back for the launch of the NEW ANLENE MoveMax . The good folks from dairy giant Fonterra Brands Malaysia launched their nation wide campaign to get Malaysians to move as young as they feel inside at the same time.
