So there I was on a bright sunny weekend, last week to be exact to witness the  Jus Mangga Pran "Minum & Menang" Contest Prize Giving Ceremony over at Sri Damansara Club. Now I'm not a big juice drinker, despite the fact that these are healthier options that your usual coffee. Thanks to the sweet invitation from Ujang and the folks from Pran , I left the event feeling elated to have had the chance to know more about the products as well as to see happy faces after they won various prizes. So recently I got to try out this Mao Yan Mei Tea which was sent over to my home to try out. Ordering this tea has to be done online, as the the tea isn't out in any retail shop yet. Another event for a good cause just came into my email today. This time around it is an initiative by MBO Cinemas and St. Johns Malaysia Ambulance, who recently announced the launch of a nationwide blood donation campaign. The campaign is set to take place in 23 (of 25) MBO locations around Malaysia, this September 27. At the same time, this campaign will be attempting to make it into the Malaysia Book of Records as the Biggest Nationwide Blood Donation Campaign by a Cinema Organization, by achieving 5000 blood donors in a single day. Just something the postman brought in a couple of weeks back. It arrived in a huge white sealed box, reminiscent of the box that housed my MacBook Pro. Just last weekend, Janice and I had the opportunity to dine at this very unique, classy avant-garde modern cuisine restaurant specializing in contemporary Chinese / Asian cuisine. So this piece of news came into my mailbox recently, which I would like to share over here at this little space of mine. Tony Roma’s Malaysia brought cheers and much joy to the residents of Rumah Titian Kaseh (RTK) over the weekend on 23rd August , a home that provides shelter for single and abused mothers and orphans. The American casual-dining giant donated RM20,000 to Rumah Titian Kaseh and celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri with fun-filled games and tantalizing food. RTK kids join Pn. Free Mori Malaysia, the first time I've heard and had their cakes were about a month back when a couple of friends bought their cake for a birthday celebration.
