SCHOLASTIC Presents Bodhi And Friends - A Brand New Book Series
Scholastic released its first two sing-along books "Hello, Hey, Hi!" and "See You Later" at its Book Preview Party held last week, the first across Asia. I had the opportunity to catch the folks behind making the event a success. It was all fun and games, with a dance performance which had the children singing and dancing along.

Selina added, "It is perfect to get kids started with learning English. With this series, it will make it a little easier for parents to get their child to learn English with confidence as the sing-along books are accompanied by fun and easy-to-follow songs and music that will help get children engaged".

The children were encouraged to dance along
My first time at a children's book preview party, I did enjoy myself, especially when seeing all the fun the children had. We were introduced to Scholastic's Bodhi and Friends, the music, the books, amidst dancing, laughter and cheer. Scholastic not only creates quality books, but they create print and technology based learning materials and programs, magazines, multimedia and other products that help children learn both at school and home.

Follow Bodhi, a cute, courageous and imaginative dog with his assembly of colourful friends. Together, they travel their universe on fun, music-filled adventures. Each adventure presents Bodhi and friends with new discoveries, challenges, as well as emotional and educational insights. This actually ensures that every child who reads the books will be able to find a character that he or she identifies with new personalities to be exposed to.
