BingSu Cafe Korean Dessert & Ice Cream @ Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya
What's new in town? Highly popular in Korea, bingsu is a shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings ranging from fresh fruits, condensed milk, sweet syrup to red bean paste and many more. I had the opportunity to dine at BingSu Cafe Korean Dessert & Ice Cream in Damansara Utama courtesy of being a Seeties influencer, and it was good. Check out what we had that evening.

Now here's a comfy spot |
Reaching the cafe, I was impressed with the coziness of the interior, complete with wooden-like interior, plush sofas, and artistic interior deco. They serve a range of delectable Korean Bingsu dessert, as well as one very yummy durian ice cream. BingSu Cafe really provides a nice spot to chill out with friends and family over some nice cold korean dessert.

Injeolmi Red Bean Bingsu - RM13.90 |
First timers to the Bingsu dessert must try out their original classic flavour, shown above as the Injeolmi Red Bean Bingsu. Served with really fine shaved ice, sticky chewy injeolmi, almond slices, this delightful dessert is covered with Korean roasted soybean powder to give that unmistakably Bingsu flavour. The topping is this sweet creamy imported red bean paste which went really well with the shaved ice and all. Melts in the mouth, really!

Filled with lots of mango goodness |
The cheese and mango combination of the Mango Cheese Bingsu really hits it off with the taste buds. Perfect combination, this dessert is made better with cranberies, and a scoop of creamy mango ice cream on the top. Lined up on the side are freshly cut mangoes, sweet to the core.

Belgian Chocolate Bingsu - RM17.90 |
Chocolate lovers will love the Belgian Chocolate Bingsu. With generous amounts of brownie cubes thrown in, this shaved chocolate ice dessert is sprinkled with sweet chocolate powder and topped with a scoop of rich flavor Belgian chocolate ice cream. A dessert not to be missed for the chocoholics.

Durian Mango Bingsu - RM18.90 |
Now I'm a Durian fanatic, anything durian I will be the first in line to have it. BingSu Cafe definately saved the best for last when they brought out the delicious Durian Mango Bingsu. In the middle we had a scoop of homemade D24 ice cream, but what really got me beaming with joy is the real durian cubes placed at the sides. Where else can we get a dessert which uses real durian flesh. Really good stuff.
