HP Deskjet Ink Advantage Printers Launched

What's your take on printers, especially the more affordable printers for the masses. Well, when I used to be studying, I did try to survey around for the best bang for the buck printers especially in terms of affordability and quality. HP recently launched their all-new HP Deskjet Ink Advantage High Capacity (HC) Series printers which promises just that, high-quality affordable printing. 

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2020hc Printer

During the launch early this month, HP introduced two printers simultaneously, namely the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc All-in One printer, and the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2020hc printer. From here on, I will just refer these two printers as the 2520hc and the 2020hc. Affordability is the key word here, perfect for the current generation of students, or the budget savvy consumers, as both these printers offers highly affordable printing with up to 1,500 pages at only RM37 per cartridge. 

The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc All-in-one Printer

The main aim for HP to introduce the Deskjet Ink Advantage HC series printers are to minimize consumer's risk of using non-HP supplies. HP did a commissioned-survey by IDC (2012), which results shows that home-users and businesses were seriously concerned that using alternatives such as Continuous Ink Supplies Systems (CISS) may lead to warranty voids, printer breakdowns, increased cost of printer replacement, messy ink leaks and the hassle of having to deal with regular machine failures and maintenance.

So what actually makes these new printers from HP so affordable? It's all in their new HP 46 Ink Cartridges. With this nifty ink cartridge, the new HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc and 2020hc printing systems can print up to 1,500 pages at just RM37. Now who wouldn't like that, I wouldn't mind going for the original ink cartridges at only RM37 without resorting to outside alternatives. 

"The HP 46 Ink cartridge comprises black pigment ink, which produces high-quality black prints, and dye-based colour inks that produce sharp graphics. The HP 46 Ink cartridge is also designed to produce a higher page-yield while retaining a compact size, and contains up to 60% recycled content."

Users can easily scan and copy documents and photos from the intuitive graphic display and customise images or text with the reduce/enlarge buttons. Students can also take advantage of affordable, borderless prints in HP-quality to create impressive assignments and projects. 

* The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One printer will be available from November 2012 at RM259.

#3 The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615 All-in-One, 4625 e-All-in-One printers

The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615 All-in-One, 4625 e-All-in-One printers are ideal for business users looking for a versatile product with print, scan, copy and fax functions, while producing outstanding documents at a low cost.

With the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One printer, home and small offices can easily print while away from the device with HP ePrint and share resources with wireless networking.

* The HP Deskjet 4625 e-All-in-One printer is now available at RM449, along with the HP Deskjet 4615 All-in-One printer which is retailed at RM399.
