This year's PC Fair was held at KLCC Convention Centre again, and I was there to join the festivities. Together with another 2 of my colleagues, we joined the crowd which actually resembled sardines in a can. But it was for the experience, so I'm all in!

Welcome to PC Fair 2011! |
We had a quick breakfast over in KLCC and promptly headed off to the convention halls where the fair was held. It was only 11.40am that time and I was surprised at the crowd that was already there. It was packed! Literally like sardines in a can. That was when I decided to check in Foursquare.
There were multiple halls housing a multitude of PC items, and gadgets, and just to walk through the whole area may take at least a couple of hours. The prices here were cheaper too, but not for all items, some items were actually slightly pricier! So don't always assume you will get the best deals at PC Fair, always do your homework by surveying the prices outside first.

A portion of the crowd, selling broadband services in colored uniforms! |
Of course, as everyone should know, PC Fair also comes with a whole lot of hired models and promoters promoting their different brands and gadgets. This year wasn't any different, so there I was snapping away at these beautiful ladies. Like they always say, sharing is caring, so check out the pictures below. If it's any excuse, my colleague wanted me to get all their pictures. I actually grouped the photos together in groups of 8 because there were just too many!

Overall, it was a good experience, and my friends got to buy some gadgets at a cheaper price. I actually met up with fellow blogger Jayren who was working in one of the booth there as well. Looking forward to the next PC Fair!

ReplyDeleteFoongpc, actually for the deals! Haha, I'm only following the crowd, so many people taking pictures and I didn't want to feel left out. Lol.
ReplyDeleteHilda, I think you're referring to the broadband promoters. Haha, this year they came in matching colored shirts. Yellow for digi, blue for celcom.. and so on.
ReplyDeleteSimon, Haha, that will be too much and I think out of topic won't it? Lol, it's still basically PC Fair.
ReplyDeleteTekkaus, Lol bro, don't worry, the essence of PC fair is still there. :)
ReplyDeleteShiok Leng, Nice seeing you at the movie premiere tonight! And PC Fair is tight! wahaha, I assume your tight means crowded.
ReplyDeleteEh? really? wow, no wonder they say all pretty ladies know each other in this small world. :)
Smallkucing, Motor show has far more models, and PC Fair still sticks to tradition of cheaper PC gadgets. :)

ReplyDeleteBananaz, I always wondered how much they were paid to just stand there to model, and give out brochures.
ReplyDeleteThe event was extremely crowded, but some pc deals were quite good actually.
