Yet another blog on food? Yes! Because food is what makes the world go round and people happy, so yea tonight's post will be about food. This time, it's this quaint cafe inside Sungai Wang Plaza called Formosa Taiwan Restaurant.

Since Formosa is marketed as a taiwanese food serving restaurant, the decor and food actually bears a significant resemblance to Little Taiwan. It was my first time here, so naturally I picked up the menu and ordered some of my favourite dishes.
The food menu they gave me was in a very used condition, which kind of reminded me of my old second hand textbooks. I suppose this is a good thing because it means there are so many customers that the menu actually get worn out.

After like browsing through the menu and glancing at the various food available, I decided and ordered my dishes. The service was pretty efficient, and the waiter were very pro-active. Let's start off with the drinks as I find it interesting that they named it red tea and green tea.

Have a look below on the rest of the items I ordered, which eventually ended up in my healthy stomach. As for the taste, think along the lines of Little Taiwan. The taste is almost similar, which is a good thing. I've never been to Taiwan yet (supposedly plan for a trip there this year) so I can't say if it tastes exactly like what they have over in Taiwan.

The total price came up to abour RM30 plus minus. I lost the receipt, so didn't know the exact amount. My apologies. But for the ambience and food, I think it's pretty reasonable. Formosa Taiwanese Restaurant is a pretty good place to have your meal if you're out shopping at Sungai Wang and suddenly have the need to makan!
