Got myself another complimentary screening today for this comedy called Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son sponsored by Hahah.com.my and Cinema Online. No, the tickets did not suddenly fall out from the heavens onto my lap, but the way to get it was simple. How? Check out below the Facebook update that Hahah.com.my posted up at around 4pm today.

Well, the link popped up on my Twitter, one thing led to another and I was all set to attend this screening at Sunway Pyramid 9.30pm! The ticket issuance was supposed to be from 7 - 8.30pm. By the time I reached Sunway from Ampang, it was already 8.30pm and I thought I was the last to collect. However a quick check on the name list showed still a number of uncollected tickets.

Coming back to this movie, strangely, I did not hear anything about the movie but a quick check showed that this movie was already out earlier at overseas cinemas. To put in a nutshell, the movie stars Martin Lawrence as Big Momma and Brandon T.Jackson as his/her son/daughter. Lawrence was forced to go undercover in this arts school for young ladies, and dragged along his son to look for a flash disk supposedly hidden in a music box in the school. They masqueraded as 2 house mommas, similar to nanny's for college girls I suppose, to get in.
Free Tics!
The whole movie was a bunch of slap stick comedy and humour stitched together. In that aspect, the crowd in the cinema was in a laughing mood. Plot wise, there's nothing to catch on, very simple. So if you're looking for a funny movie, with some loud jokes and humor, then this movie is for you! As for me, I don't really fancy 2 guys wearing skirts walking around, but it did make me laugh out loud in some scenes.
Below are a few pictures of the movie plus the trailer. Check it out!
Clare: Hehehe, not quite, but recently I've been getting a number of free movies, and I just love to share my experiences! Haha, hence the title of my blog "Experiences" XD
I was at the Toyota Vios launch event back in 2013 when they launched their 3rd gen look in Malaysia, and I must say it wow'ed a lot of folks with its looks. ( All New Toyota Vios Launched In Malaysia ). It was rather cool then that last week I was given the latest Toyota Vios 1.5 TRD Sportivo to experience and review here in this space of mine on the web. Toyota Vios has always been a rather popular car in Malaysia, being an essential part of youth pop culture in Malaysia, with looks that will turn heads. Toyota Vios 1.5 TRD Sportivo Review
