Just last week, I was over at Kundang Estates by Gamuda Land for their Raya Celebrations, and it was a fun event for the children and families. It was a lively event, filled with activities. My first time over to Kundang Estates, we congregated at the Kundang Estates Sales Gallery on a bright Sunday afternoon, and the crowd has begin to arrive. Throughout the day, there were many activities planned out, with the highlight being the Lucky Draw. Everyone could participate, and the prizes range from large hampers, to microwave oven, fridge, even a washing machine and more!

We arrived at the Kundang Estates Sales Gallery, and already a crowd is present inside the sales gallery. More on the property and show houses further down this post, but for now, let me tell you about all the fun activities we partaked in!

Fun Activities For the Children

From congkak games, to batu Seremban and Tarik Upih, there’s even a section where live chickens were placed, for the kids and adults to catch. Aptly named “Tangkap Ayam”, it was almost comical seeing the kids run after the chicken. Some of the kids really enjoyed the giant bubbles.

Most of the activities were held outdoors, and that’s where we get to savour in all the greeneries around. From a huge lake, to lots of green trees and beautiful pastures to run, I must say the view is beautiful.

Special Performance by Cik Manggis

One of the highlights that afternoon at the Kundang Estates’ Raya Celebrations was the special performance by Cik Manggis from the trio De Fam. Beautiful voice, belting out Raya songs, the kids really took a liking and went up ahead to the stage to dance along. There was a percussion group performance as well, everyone was in a joyous mood, thanks partly to the occasional lucky draw announcements (yes!)

It did not take long before I got intrigued with the beautiful show houses at the location. Yes, Kundang Estates by Gamuda Land will house some of the nicest design houses around the vicinity. There were 2 types of Double Storey Link Houses show units available (Citron Homes - 24'X70' and Valerian Homes - 20'X70’) , both which were beautifully furnished. I checked out both, and it did make me want to place my deposit there and then!

Checking out both show units, I do love the facade and design outlook of the house. Kundang Estates features a collection of contemporary abodes that are designed to meet the needs of new and growing families.

Classy indeed, I love each and every part of the interior design of the show units, from beautifully placed sofas, each room had a personal touch to it, to cater for even the most discerning home buyer.

Did I mention surrounding the whole estate there are 14 acres of green park? Now that's a whole lot of space for us to jog and bike, with dedicated bike lanes, and jogging paths surrounding a scenic lake. Kundang Estates is a guarded community so safety should not be a concern. We ended our fun times at the open house event with some really yummylicious food.
