The location of Grand Harbour Chinese Restaurant at Fahrenheit 88 is smack in the middle of the city, the perfect location for families looking to have their Chinese New Year feast and reunion. Apart from their extensive dim sum menu, they have the prosperity treasure pot (limited to 20 pots a day), waxed meat rice and two yee sang options: salmon and snow pear, or soft-shell crab and snow pear yee sang, just to name a few. "Fortune Wealth Yee Sang" also known as "Lou Sang" is a Chinese New Year specialty dish that symbolises prosperity and wealth. At Grand Harbour, we were served with the Fortune Wealth Smoked Salmon Yee Sang. The smoked salmon made the difference in this delectable dish. Loved how the flavours were different yet alike to the normal salmon yee sang. Smoked salmon is the way to go if you ask me.

Such a nourishing soup, the Double Boiled Soup with Black Chicken & Chinese Herbs (Maca) was served in a claypot like bowl, preserving the heat, making sure you get boiling hot soup when served. Be careful you don't burn your tongue though!

The yummy multi layered pot of goodness comes in two sizes, RM488+ (5pax) and RM888+ (10pax). Love how you can find all the luxury food inside, from abalone, to mussels, sea moss, tiger prawns, fish maw and many more inside. Dig in, the more you eat, the more you'll find under the layers.
