Fitness, we all agree it's a must to exercise for better health and better fitness, but how often do we take the first step to actually go out for a short run? When was the last time you strapped on your running or jogging shoes, and went for that run? Fret not, Symphony Life Berhad is looking to organise a fun run wellness carnival called, Symphony Life That ‘70s Run, at BizWalk, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong this coming 15th January 2017, at 7:30A.M!

Retro-themed Run

I was an '80s kid, yet I have watched many a movie on TV and listened to the songs to know how the '70s felt like. Symphony Life That '70s Run is a retro-themed run (back to the '70s) and participants are encouraged to dress up in outfits from that era to take part in the run. Think music, think afro, and all the bright vibrant colours. 

You might want to get in sync with the '70s style and look while running

Dance your way to a Finisher Medal

Yes, you heard that right. There will also be 2 dance checkpoints along the 5km route. Participants are required to follow a few simple '70s dance moves by the dance instructors to be entitled to the finisher medal. Excited yet?

At the finish line, a mini fest will be held for the participants and public. Free health check counters and health related product booths will be setup along with children activity stations and a variety of food trucks too. Families are allowed to bring their kids along, with strollers and all. This means nobody is left out!

The registration fee for the run is RM70.00, and registration closes on 15th December 2016. The fee is inclusive of event drifit t-shirt, finisher medal, lucky draw entitlement, freebies, light refreshment and more.
