So there I was at the beautiful Palace of the Golden Horses, this time around to savour their Valentine's Day offerings. In conjunction with the Valentine’s weekend celebration, Chef Wilfred Lim & his kitchen brigade has prepared three unique yet equally captivating offerings to melt the hearts of guests dining at this five-star hotel set in a lovely resort environment by the lakeside.

The celebrations begin on the Eve of Valentine’s Day (13 February) with two promotions to choose from. For a romantic & intimate setting, opt to dine at the regal Grand Salon Lobby Lounge and enjoy a seven-course set dinner with your loved one.
Available at RM168 nett per person, the dinner begins with Lobster & Fennel Salad followed by a Consomme of Clear Essence of Chicken with Quenelle, Black Truffle & Angel Hair Vegetables. The Pasta Board (Seafood Ravioli with Saffron Cream & Crustacean Sauce) and a refreshing Lime & Calamansi Sherbet (served with Orange Candy & Fresh Mint) comes next before the main course.
