This will be a fashion post, one which I may not be exactly well versed with, but hey, it's a start. The season of sunshine is back and local ethnic-based yet trendy design brand Tsar gave a sneak peak of their bespoked Spring/Summer 2014 Collection at an exclusive invite-only preview at Palate Palette Restaurant recently.
