Mak's Chee New Outlet @ Pavilion Elite, Bukit Bintang My last writeup on Mak's Chee was of their Champion Milk Tea & Cheesy Wonton. Mak’s Chee, the casual quick restaurant serving authentic Hong-Kong-style prawn wonton noodles, famous with its 100-year old recipe from the Mak’s Family, opened its second outlet at Pavilion Elite, a new wing of Pavilion Shopping Mall to the public on 1st May, 2017 following the huge success of its first outlet which was opened at 1 Utama last year. Dairy Tooth Ice House @ Berjaya Times Square When was your last time to Berjaya Times Square? Did you know Dairy Tooth Ice House, the first outlet in South East Asia has opened on the 3rd floor just opposite the cinema? Promoting Hong Kong- style light bites and silky milk tea to Malaysians, the brand first ventured into China’s market in 2015. With slightly more than a year, it has set up more than 1,000 chain stores in China. This just reached my inbox, for fans of the PUMA brand. I personally have one of their shoes and I must say they are pretty good quality and lasting. PUMA has recently launched their store at the largest outlet mall in Southeast Asia, Mitsui Outlet Park in Sepang . Now I've always been a fan of KyoChon Malaysia's Korean Fried Chicken ever since I tried their fares at 1 Utama . This time around, I had the opportunity to catch the launch of their latest branch in Pavilion. Touted to be their biggest KyoChon branch among the rest of their branches worldwide, it's with great interest that I went for their launch. It was a rather exciting affair today with Kodawari Menya Udon & Tempura holding their grand opening over at 1 Mont Kiara with members of the media and guest all dressed in red. Local celebrities were present too, with the likes of Datin Sofia Jane, Daphne Iking, Raja Atilia, Julie Woon, Vanidah Imran, Nancie Foo and Fancy Goh gracing the event. Ever since I went to my first Pacific Coffee outlet at Puchong Boulevard, I have taken on a liking for their really comfortable setting and ambiance. Coupled with nice coffee and the oh so sweet hot chocolate, it was nice to see them open up a new outlet at Sunway Pyramid.
