Dining under the Stars is priced at RM168 nett per person (minimum 2 persons, obviously). Each set menu comes with one glass of complimentary red wine. In addition, Premiere Hotel's Valentine's Day Romantic Escapade priced at RM588 nett will include Dining Under the Stars for two at ICHI Sports Bar and one night Superior Room stay with breakfast-in-bed for two. The starter itself came looking very 'fine-dining'-like in the form of the Oyster Shooter with Dash of Jalapeno Sauce, King Prawn with Mango Salsa, and Salmon Rosette with Horse Radish. I'm not quite an oyster person, but i did appreciate the huge juice king prawns. Perfect way to start off a romantic dinner for two with more noms to come.

Up next had to be a soup dish, with Premiere Hotel dishing out this lovely but rather salty Cream of Smoky Crab Bisque with Crab vol Au Vent. In between the soup and the main courses, do take a breather or interlude as they call it, with the ice cold Calamansi Sorbet. Ready for the mains yet?

Aptly named the Burning Loves, there are four main dishes to choose from. Choose one and be delighted with what you get. We have the Chilled Wagyu Beef, Rack of NZ Lamb, Pan Seared Atlantic Cod Fish with Buttered Lemon Sauce and Stuffed Chicken Breast with Turkey Slice and Peach to choose from. Each of it are excellent in their own taste and flavours. Given a choice, I wouldn't be able to make up my mind as the wagyu beef is exactly what the doctor ordered, delicious lamb, and soft flaky cod fish.

Did I hear someone mention dessert? What is a Valentine's day dinner without some lovely sweet dessert, and the Tiramisu with Cinnamon Fruit Compote delivers in style and taste. Served chilled, it was a delight to see and savour, ending a rather good meal. 

In conjunction with Valentine’s Day, delightful gifts such as a rose and a polaroid photo will also be given to the guests during their dinner. Dining under the Stars is priced at RM168 nett per person (minimum 2 persons, obviously). Each set menu comes with one glass of complimentary red wine. Apart from Dining Under the Stars, you can choose to have a buffet style Valentine’s dinner at The Buzz too. The buffet is priced at RM98+ per person, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
