Empire Hotel Subang Ramadhan Preview - Seenak Citarasa Malaysia

One of the many Ramadhan buffet previews I have been to over the last few weeks happen to be the one at Empire Hotel Subang Jaya. My first time over at the hotel proved to be a fruitful one, as I got to enjoy not only their food, but the modern ambiance of the hotel itself. Empire Hotel Subang Jaya is easily accessible to Subang Jaya residents as well as residents from neighboring townships - Bandar Sunway, Puchong, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam and more.

"Diners can expect to be pleasantly surprised when they come for our buffet", says Mr Ho Ricky, Group General Manager, Empire Hotel Subang. I do agree on that, as the hotel actually came up with a rather unique idea of presenting dishes from the 13 states of Malaysia.

13 states of Malaysia flags were set up at the buffet spread to let diners know where the dishes originated from or where it is popular. It is indeed a unique and creative idea, to give us a complete taste of Malaysian cuisine as we get to sample a specialty from each of the 13 states in one dinner.

  1. I'm hungry...but no, no buffets for me. Not worth it - old man can't eat much. Not worth even that discounted price for senior citizens. What do they have representing Sarawak?
