U.S Potatoes Powers Up Soh Wai Ching Towards A New Guinness World Record Now I’ve been following our Malaysian champion towerrunner athlete, Soh Wai Ching for a while now, even since I was invited by U.S Potatoes to cover an event at TM Tower many moons ago. Recently there’s been great news for Malaysia’s very own champion towerrunner (World No. 2 and Asia No. 1 towerrunner). Guess what is it?  The subject title would have given it away. Yes, Soh has successfully attained a new Guinness World Records (GWR) by clinching the title of “ Greatest Vertical Height Stair Climbing in One Hour (Male)”, beating previous record holder Mr David Robles Tapia from Spain. Potatoes USA Promotes Potatoes For Yayasan TM Tower Run 2019 Just last week or so, I was over at the Yayasan TM Tower Run 2019 , where we witnessed really healthy folks climb all the way up 1,296 stairs of the tower. Pretty awesome feat, considering that you will need to be fit physically and mentally to finish the run. The Music Run by AIA Vitality is Back!  I missed the previous instalments of The Music Run, so it's nice to know they are back again for their fourth edition. The Music Run by AIA Vitality will take place on 4th November at a new home at the rejuvenated world class sporting complex, KL Sports City and I'm real excited to be part of it. In fact, it's interesting that for the first time in the world, the event will see the addition of a new timed 10k track, allowing Music Runners in KL to take their fitness game to new highs. Stairathon 2017 @ 1 Mont Kiara My last "tower climb" was back in 2016, where with a couple of friends, we successfully scaled all 57 floors of KOMTAR tower. It was intense, where we started off by running a 2 km flat run, and immediately proceeded to run up the tower. Needless to say, I was literally walking / crawling towards the end, intense.
