What can I say, it was an extremely fun and exciting morning out at Desa Parkcity the other day at the free-to-join and enter Zespri SunGold Kiwifest. The crowd was phenomenal, so many people turned up in their exercise outfits and yoga mats, that to the publicity across social media, and printed media. The festival was filled with positivity, healthy, fun, games, and fitness workouts. Check out below on what you missed out if you weren't there.

My understanding that morning was that the majority of the ladies present were to catch the Pop Pilates session by Cassey Ho, famous female fitness YouTuber all the way from Los Angeles. It's all about the Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, once which contains 3 times more Vitamin C than an orange and 10 times more nutrition than apples. So why aren't you getting one now?

A Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit power packed with nutrients including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, fibre, actinidin enzyme, antioxidants and minerals such as potassium and folate which other fruits are unable to meet. So it's really appropriate that Zespri came out with this massive fitness event, for all to enjoy good health while munching down on the fruit.

I reached the Zespri SunGold KiwiFest excited and all, and it did not disappoint, filled with similar minded enthusiastic folks from all walks of life. After checking in at the Zespri Check-In booth, we were each given a booklet with a list of activities to participate and redeem limited edition Zespri SunGold KiwiFest badges. There's a booth offering free breakfast too, which I immediately headed for.

Some of the games and activities available at Zespri SunGold KiwiFest were the Giant Zespri SunGold KiwiFruit Toss, Zespri Coloring Wall and Zespri Lawn Game and Zespri Spinning. It was exhilarating to say the least, for me to join in all these active activities, moving my limbs and joints.

The workout session started with Yoga session with Jojo Struys, another familiar name in the fitness world. There were ample lifejuices available at the Zespri Juice Bar too. I found it to be quite interesting, where there's a stationary bike that you have to pedal to power up the blended to prepare your own drinks. Make your own drinks, now that's cool.

Overall , it has to be one of the best outdoor event I've had in a while. I enjoyed my morning of healthy juices, workout, games and breakfast with Zespri. Thanks to Zespri for organizing this positive and health inspiring event plus bringing Cassey Ho to Malaysia. I noticed nearly all my lady friends were so excited over Cassey Ho.
