Morganfield’s Malaysia - New Menu Launched Just recently, one of my favourite spot in town to have good noms, Morganfield’s Malaysia revamped their 2018 menu . It’s with great delight then that I was invited to savour their offerings thanks to Foodilifecious . Good stuff, from porky salads, to slabs of baby back ribs, it was a good night out indeed. It has been too long since I tried Skippys Pizza's fares, the previous review was at their first outlet in Phileo Damansara. This time around, I tried their yummy noms at the new outlet Skippys Pizza in Damansara Utama , mostly non-halal porky delights. With a restaurant name that reads EAT, I found it to be rather amusing and generic. Nevertheless, there I was to savour some of the fares they have the other day. A brand new egg and meat concept restaurant just 'hatched' in town, Brunch & Munch Restaurant (B&M) strategically located in the newly opened G Village retail hub, below the G residence Condominium by Tan & Tan Developments. Bordering on the exclusive U-Thant and Ampang Hilir enclave, and within a few short kilometres from the KLCC area B&M had their launch a couple of weeks back, which I was privileged to attend. This chinese restaurant, Xin Xin Kee at Aman Puri, Kepong is no stranger to folks living nearby and many come for their bak kut teh, meat dishes and seafood. It was a fun trip up north the other day with a bunch of foodies and friends as we all packed into a Hyundai Starex and drove all the way to Nam Heong Food Court in Ipoh SoHo . Now Nam Heong has been a rather well known name, but I was totally awed by their new outlet. Still in the mood for the upcoming Chinese New Year 2014 celebrations, I had the opportunity to try out Chicago Rib House's Porkalicious Joy Luck Set the other day. It was a western twist on the usual chinese cuisine spread. Even the complimentary Yee Sang which came with the joy luck set had a different flavour, look and feel to it. It was to be a simple birthday lunch for mum, as she did not want anything fancy. We dropped by the Chicago Rib House at Gurney Plaza Penang, one which I have not tried yet.
